Refund Policy

At Alison Bakery, we strive to provide top-tier baked goods, catering, and educational experiences.
To ensure clarity and fairness, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Non-Refundable Deposits & Payments
Deposits for cakes, catering, consultations, workshops, classes, and courses are non-refundable. This policy ensures commitment from both parties and covers costs related to scheduling, preparation, and ingredient sourcing.
2. Workshops, Classes & Courses

Payments for all bakery-related workshops, classes, and courses are non-refundable due to pre-planned materials, staffing, and limited spots.

If unable to attend, customers may transfer their spot to another participant (subject to availability and approval).

No-shows and last-minute cancellations will not receive refunds or credits.
3. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Requests for modifications must be made at least 7 days before the event.

Orders canceled within 14 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable, as materials and labor are committed.
4. Delivery & Setup Issues

If an issue arises upon delivery or setup, customers must notify us immediately for resolution.

Refunds or replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Quality & Satisfaction

If a product does not meet expectations due to an error on our part, we will evaluate refund or replacement eligibility.

6. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (severe weather, emergencies, etc.), we will work with customers to find alternative solutions.
